Hello/Bonjour,
I had the pleasure to fly on this superb MS317, in the aero-club of Pezenas/Nizas, in the south of France, towing gliders, a few hundred hours.
This was in the 1970's last time was early 1973.

Since I have flown many planes, but frankly, none was ever so much fun to fly than this magnificent old plane. The closests were two more tail draggers, the CAP10 (aerobatics), and the Piper Pawnee that I flew in Minden and Ely Nevada. The Piper cubs were quite nice too (both 65 HP, and the 90 HP).

Bonjour,
j'ai eu le plaisir de voler sur ce superbe MS317, a l''aero-club de Pezenas/Nizas, pres de Montpellier, remorquer des planeurs, quelques centaines d'heures.
C'etait dans les annees 1970, la derniere fois probablement debut 1973.

Depuis j'ai pas mal vole, mais peu d'avions ont ete aussi agreable a que le Moralne Saulnier 317 ! Les plus proches etant le CAP10, et le Piper Pawnee a Minden et ELY, au Nevada, les Piper Cub aussi !

Le bonjour a ceux que j'ai connu, en France et aux Etats Unis.

A propos Albert Cauquil, le chef pilote de Pezenas-Nizas nous a quitte en 2019, apres des annees de bons et loyaux services. A 89 ballets, aeriens bien sur, "Bebert" volait encore !
